Delivery and Shipping Policies
The products purchased by you will be delivered to the address you have specified, through the delivery service you have chosen, or may be withdrawn at Clinica Dermatológica Arosemena, during the hours of its operations from Monday to Saturday.
Prior to delivery of the product or pick-up from the clinic facilities, you may request to cancel the transaction if you wish. If after this home delivery agreement, you modify this instruction in terms of means of delivery, address, delivery days and delivery time, you may do so via email. The Client is obliged to read the indications of each product and use them as recommended by the prescribing professional. Deliveries must be coordinated within a period of NO MORE than 30 calendar days.
Cancellation Policy
When one of our products is successfully purchased, the system allows all functions to be activated instantly. All purchases are subject to and require acceptance of our Terms of Use.
Due to the nature of our services, once our products or services have been properly purchased we can only offer refunds once the products have left Clínica Dermatológica Arosemena, unless they have a defect attributable to manufacturing or validity.

The objective of ONLINE CONSULTATION either by Email or Telemedicine is to put you in safe contact with a highly qualified dermatologist, from the comfort of your home or work and at the reach of your computer or cell phone.
You can easily send a medical consultation through our online platform and in a few hours CLINICA DERMATOLOGICA AROSEMENA will have your report ready with a first diagnostic and therapeutic approach.
In case THE CLINIC needs more medical data or more images of the skin problem, LA CLINICA will contact the user through the email or cell phone number provided during the process of sending the consultation.
Payment will only be required when the consultation has been evaluated and it has been determined that it can be treated by this means. If, for any reason, your report is not ready within the established time, CLÍNICA DERMATOLÓGICA AROSEMENA will reimburse you in full the amount paid for the consultation.

In some cases it will be necessary to see the patient directly to perform a complete skin examination and obtain more exhaustive information about the patient’s medical history. For this reason, it is possible that our dermatologists may recommend a physical visit to the clinic, either with us or with the dermatologist of your choice, in which case there will be no charge for the evaluation requested.
Online consultation is not an emergency medical service. In case of crisis or medical emergency you should go to an Emergency Medical Center.
