Tattoo Removal

Laser tattoo removal is safe, and produces good results

The laser removes tattoos by emitting a special light that passes through the skin and is preferably absorbed by the tattoo inks on the skin. This light breaks the tattoo ink into tiny particles. Then, the body is responsible for eliminating these fragments through your immune system. It usually takes several treatment sessions to ensure success, with regular intervals between sessions.

The procedure can cause a burning sensation and pain, which can be alleviated with the application of a local anesthetic cream. Some people also experience a thinning or darkening of the skin, although in most cases this returns to normal after six months. Redness in the area is common after the procedure, but disappears quickly.

During the healing period, we recommend the use of high factor sunscreen, along with other care tips that will be delivered to achieve the best results.
